Hi everyone,

I have a client who are expriencing intermittent problems with their physical wallboards. The problem seems to be that data is displayed on a wallboard and then for some reason stops.

I've not been to site yet and all I know is that it is an Index with CCM, so I'm guessing they are using wallboard manager to feed the data to the wallboards. Could this be a problem with the CCM database??? If so how can I check? Where is the default location of the CCM database?

Many thanks

all the wallboards I've seen use a serial interface from the sending device. if you tap into that with a laptop running a terminal program you can capture the datastream and see what (if any) strange data bits lock up the wallboard. if there is no glitch coming out of the ccm then it may be that the wallboard itself is having an intermittent glitch.

If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.

Jerry - Thanks for your post. Everything seems to be set-up correctly. The problem is not a problem really, the data we are displaying on the wallboard is Lost Calls All and Answered Calls All. These data variables are showing all the calls lost and answered since the CCM server was rebuilt, I just need to change it so it only shows the current days data.

Anybody any idea how to do this??

Thanks again.
