Hi, I'm getting this message and thought maybe the directory where the Index Cache store is full but it's ok, it used to work fine and no change has been made to the policy and Index Cache is not disable. Also is there a way to tell Commvault to use another media agent on the fly without reconfigure everything? Any help would be great.

If you have Gridstor you should be able to set another Media Agent to kick in if the other is offline / busy.
