I'm trying to figure out how to create an indeterminate progress bar (the one that just bounces back and forth).

I've done quite a bit of googling on this, but have yet to find a C++ example of how to do this.

Is there a way to set the state of the control to indeterminate, or is this something that has to be ownerdrawn?

I'm not even sure where to begin with this. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
