InDesign Windows to Mac & vice versa

I've just started a new job where I use InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc, on a Mac. I'm hoping to be able to do some work at home but I've only got a PC. Will I still be able to open files created on the Mac on the Windows versions of this software, and vice versa? (Preferably without having to fix fonts, etc!)

There is no problem transferring InDesign documents if you have the same fonts installed on both systems. The versions of InDesign must be consistent between workstations: Both installations should be either 2.0.2 or 3.0.1.
