InDesign will not open certian files (freezes)

have a site that uses indesign cs2. They were migrated from NT to AD and now certian files can not be opened. The lady using the program has been on XP for awhile and didn't have issues before the migratino. Well when she gets files from her vendor she can not open them in the program. The porgram just freezes. She can open them fine if she logs in with the local admin account (her credentials are in the admin group)or if she goes open the program at home. Works fine. Just opening with her credentials or anyone else's in AD except the local admin account is there issues. File types are .indd. Tried the fixes on the adobe page and none of them worked.
