InDesign to Quark

Hi all.
I know this might sound like a silly question but is there any way to convert an InDesign document into a Quark one? Obviously you can do this the other way around but I've been given a 48 page brochure to convert from InDesign to Quark. I don't really fancy having to sit down for hours on end recreating the damn thing!

In billable hours, it would be cheaper to buy your Quark user a copy of InDesign than to recreate the document.
