Hello, I'm not a full-time designer so hopefully someone can assist me. I am noticing that PDF's made from Indesign files look different from PDF's made from Photoshop files using the same source material.

If I place a photo in Indesign and convert to a PDF and place the same photo in Photoshop and convert to a PDF the Indesign PDF is more pixelized at high magnification when both PDF's are examined in Photoshop. If I examine my original file in Indesign at a high magnification it looks great, but if I copy it to Photoshop (I believe Indesign converts to a PDF between the two programs) The layout now is much more pixelized at high magnification...I would just do all my designs in Photoshop if someone could tell me how to get the same text wrap features that Indesign has! I need to have my Indesign layout printed but I'm concerned about this quality loss since every printer seems to want a PDF file...are there any printers who use Indesign files? Does this make any sense?
