InDesign / Pagemaker PRinting Problem

I have an end user who is trying to print from Adobe PageMaker 7 in the OS/9 Classic enviornment. When she brings up the Print dialog box the print button is replaced with "Save". This seems to have started occuring since InDesign was installed. Has anyone encountered this problem?

...been a while since i used OS 9, but i remember that when the option for 'save' instead of 'print' is visible it would usually mean that the option in the print setup dialogue box was set to 'file' rather than 'printer'...

...i remember there being a pull down menu somewhere within print dialogue boxes to enable you print to postscript file rather than a desktop printer...

It sounds like teh user has not selected the proper printer and has, instead, selected Adobe virtual printer. That writes a postscript file for saving.

Make sure the user can access the printer through OS9.

She can also import the pagemaker doc int Indesign.
