Indesign keeps on Crashing!!!!

When I'm working on a small document - in design keeps on crashing - seemingly randomly. I'm usually, doing some simple text edit (a tab, a return etc).

My file isn't big, there are not any large images and I haven't got too mant other apps open.

I'm sorry for the lack of info. Has anyone got any ideas as to what is happnening?

Also, I'm getting these messages that say "Do you wnat to start Automatic Recovery?"

What is this all about, and which option whould I choose? I've tried them all but this file continues to crash. When I choose the "yes" option, Indesign says "This file may be damaged - do you want to open it anyway"

Any idea as to what is going on?

Is this the only document that crashes? You may have a corrupt font that is causing the problem.
