Indesign/Incopy problem

I have just installed Indesign CS and Incopy on my PC with Windows XP.

My problem is: when I try to export a story to Incopy, Indesign freezes and quits. The Incopy files are ok, and can be opened in Incopy with no problems. It's the same problem when I try to import a Incopy document into Indesign, it freezes and quits.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

What does Adobe technical support say? If you just got InCopy CS, you are within the support period.

You should always call Adobe with new installation issues as that is their obligation to their customers. Forum users are less reliable.
