InDesign CS4 ME + CS3 (English)

Is anyone running both of these programs - CS4 ME and CS3 English - simultaneously like us? Can we set the default program to open InDesign files to CS3 rather than the CS4 ME?

...usual method is to "get info" on an indesign file in the finder on mac, then change the "open with" option, and then press "change all"...

...similar on a Windows OS, just right click an indesign file and choose "properties", then change which application to use...
