InDesign CS3 Bullets question

How does one change the size and color of bullets in the Bullets and Numbering option in CS3? In CS2, it was all right there in the B&N window. Any help would be appreciated.

...you now need to create a character style, name it 'bullets' or something similar, you can then apply it via the bullets and numbering options, or a paragraph style option...

Or you can use CTRL F8 (or Option if you're on a Mac) to make your own bullets.
