When I created a new document I came across a problem. I setup the Master Page with all the guides and images where I need them but when I create a new page it comes up blank. The image in the "pages" window shows up as a blank white page. In another document the Master Page feature worked perfectly but when I created a new page it came up transparent rather then blank in the "pages" window.

Can anyone help? If you need screenshots let me know. I appreciate any help anyone can offer.

KK3, not sure exactly what your problem is based on your description. Master page items should show up on any document page unless you modify them on the document page. Guides can be turned off via cmd/ctrl + ; or by going into preview mode. You don't see thumbnails in the pages palette, only page icons that indicate which master is applied and whether or not there is transparency on the page.
