InDesign CMYK file to MONO PDF

I have an ad which has been put together in InDesign with placed CMYK tiffs and Illustrator EPS files which also have colours.

I need to supply the ad as a MONO PDF. Now surly there must be a button to click on the PDF export menu to make the file MONO... Rather than having to build the whole ad in mono from scratch?

Any advice guys - I'm sure I'm missing a trick here!

...direct export pdf is tricky, you can either use the print to postscript dialogue as composite grey then distill the postcript or print to a pdf printer if you have acrobat suite installed...

...this is of course a bit of a roulette as to how differing elements will come out, so proceeding with this method hasn't much in the way of control...
