InDesign Closes when I try to open some Quark Documents.

I've been trying everything I know to open some quark documents in indesign... some will open, but the ones i really need will not open, it just takes a long time sitting, then closes and I get an error message.

Any ideas?

I had a similar problem with my converted Quark files. This is what happened in my case. I was embedding graphics (inline?) in my Quark file. These are graphics that move with the flow of text. InDesign CS doesn't support this feature. It would crash. Once I removed the imbedded graphics it was smooth sailing again.
