Indesign book printing

We recently changed from PageMaker. We do owner/operator manuals that have different paper types and sizes in them. In PageMaker when printing a book, there was a check box to tell it to use the paper type described for each section. In Indesign, we select the paper tray to pull the correct paper when printing just that section, however when printing the entire book, it pulls the same paper as the first section for all sections. Is there some way to get the book print feature to use the paper type specified for each individual section? We are printing to a Canon Imagerunner 8070.
