InDesign, any... Columns ?!

Hi bloggers !
I'm trying to aplly "columns" to text:
Write some text in a box, and transform it into a box who displays one, two, three, ... columns.
You can see the "columns" ("colonnes" in french) window at this URL :

Note that i'm speaking about Columns, not Arrays ("Tableaux" in french) like here :

BUT

I didn't find this "Columns" window on My InDesign 2.0 on Windows XP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it a matter of softwear version ? CS2 ?...
Or because I work on Windows XP ? Only available on MAC OS X ?

...columned text boxes are controlled by the text frame options, either right click a text box or select object > text frame options (control 'B' key)...
