I'm new to this program and just on Indesign 2. Is there a way to set it so the saves will go to another drive?

I wasn't clear in my original note - I want to set an option so it will always go to drive D: since all of my data is on that drive.

The program typically saves where you saved last. If it does not, there is a problem with your program preference files. Delete them to reset.

also...

The program tries to save where the document was last opened. Hopefully you have not saved INDD files in your Favorites folder.
