I have created a blank InDesign document that prints 2-sided properly........however I wanted to alter the images, I duplicated the image and altered the transparency of several of the images. After the alteration the document will only print the first page only, will not print 2-sided. I only altered the image, I did not change any settings. Can someone please help...

I'm not sure what you mean by "created a blank document that prints 2-sided properly." I don't know how a blank document can print....

If all your images printed fine before you added transparency, and now they won't print, my guess is that your printer isn't PostScript. I'm assuming that the transparency effects are only applied on the page that isn't printing. If they're on the first page, too, then I'm stumped. I suggest making a pdf and printing from Acrobat; see what that does.
