Independent Account Codes and Emergency Services

Looking for some information.

If you have access codes setup on a Mitel which is required to dial out after hours is there a way to enable emergency services i.e 999 to be called without the access code?

Yes,

Regardless of whether you codes are verified or not you can always design a route for emergency calls that allows the call without an account code requirement
