Hello there
i am trying to use the InData plug-in for IndesignCS to help me format and stylise an index of artists and their details and its not exactly working correctly and was hoping that somebody could give me a little help

Here is my prototype:
«fields name_two, name_one, attributed, birth, death, active, painting_title, acquisition_info, lender_credit, artist_copyright, other_loan»
«name_two», «name_one»«if attributed» «attributed»«endif» «birth»«if death»–«death»«endif»«active» «painting_title» «acquisition_info» «artist_copyright» «if lender_credit» photo credit: «lender_credit»«endif» «other_loan»

what i expect is for all the fields to be imported and before the lender_credit for the words 'photo credit:' to be inserted. the problem is that 'photo credit:' is inserted before the artist_copyright instead and if there isnt an artist_copyright its putting before the acquisition_info, even if there isnt a lender_credit

here is an example of what should be inserted (it should all run on but i have put returns in to show it easier)
Inchbold, (name_two)
John William, (name_one)
1830-1888 (birth-death)
Harvest Field, Stratford-Upon-Avon (painting_title)
bought Marshall Spink 1962 (acquisition_info)
long term, renewable loan from private owner (other_loan)

but this is what is actually happening:
Inchbold, John William 1830–1888 Harvest Field, Stratford-Upon-Avon photo credit: bought Marshall Spink 1962
the words 'photo credit:' are before the acquisition_info. and the other_loan is missed off,

Why is this happening??

not to worry anymore, iv solved it.

It was because there was field in the database that had no values in it but was not included in the prototype so i think it got confused.

Well hope iv sorted it anyway
