Incrementing a section of config mutiple times.

Hi.

Could some one help me. Is there a way to have Excel populate mutiple lines if I enter certain factors.

Eg,

Interfaces = 1-3
vlan ID = 1-3

This then has excel create the following

int 1
vlan id 1
common value 1
commont value 2


int 2
vlan id 2
common value 1
commong value 2


int 3
vlan id 3
common value 1
commong value 2
