Incremental backups are running like full backups

Hello I use Brightstor ArcServe Backup version r11.5 SP2 and for the past 3 days my incremental backups have been running very long and have been asking for more tapes when it should only take one tape. The job eventualy gets stuck and then I have to close the csrunjob service which crashes the job. The oly thing that I am seeing that may be the issue is this entry in the log: W8644 02/19/2007 09:03:20 PM 100 Microsoft Exchange Server [\\2K3EX01\dbaexchis] - Converted to Full backup since Circular Logging is enabled or previous Full backup is missing.

Can anyone help me out?

if this is just a regular data backup then ck to see if something is clearing the archive bit on the files.

If this is just an exchange backup then check if circular logging is enabled then it is not possible to do an incremental backup. the Exchange Agent guide has some good info on it.
