I recently setup a vpn from home to office. Client is a win98 machine. Server is NT4.0 running PPTP. I use dsl for the connection. My connection speed is 9600. Does anyone know how to increase the speed. PLEASE HELP!

Hi Rob,

As far as I am aware the 9600 speed reported for the connection is standard for PPTP to an NT 4.0 server. I get exactly the same behaviour here. The 9600 figure is not entirely accurate however apparently. I did a bit of searching around and bumped into the following url which might be of use to you

Hope this helps!

Dave
