Increasing Historical Instances

Hi All,
I have deployed my report using Enterprise and scheduled it to run everyday at say 6:30 PST
Now when I go to view the report using eportfolio (Click the thumbnail view and select history from drop down and GO)
I am able to view only 5 instances in history of that report
I want to have 45 day history......
How to go About it.
Is there any setting to be modified in Crystal job Server.
Any help in this regard is appreciated

There is a setting for this. In the CMC console, go to Global Management > Settings > Instances. You can change the number of reports to keep there (5 being the default)

P.S. Anyone besides me think that you should be able to override this with settings for individual reports?

I agree with you about being able to override the system-wide defaults for saving instances.

You will be happy to know that CE 8.5 has added the ability to manage instances at a folder- and report-level in addition to the existing system-level settings.
