Increasing dialing time. Is it possible?

I have a user that wants to increase the time it takes to enter the digits when dialing a number. He says he gets a busy tone too quickly if he doesn't complete dialing quick enough. Is there any way to adjust this? System is a BCM400 v3.7 w/ PRI.

Under telephony, drop down general settings and click on dialing plan. You will see a dialing timeout setting, adjust that timer higher and that should do it.
