increasing attendent schedules 2

how do you increase the number of attendent schedules. our octel only goes up to 10. our other octels go to 100.

Are they all the same model? on the aria 250 and 350 you get 10 unless you get 52 - Octel Index II.

This will then give you 4000 attendant schedules and 4000 communities.

I am not sure about the 100 as it must be in a 200 or 300 ?

The Octel Index II list is $4,000.00 last time i looked.

You need the Octel Index II feature bit 52 turned on by your Avaya BusinessPartner.

I am guessing it is a 250 or 350. The 200 and 300 don't have attendant schedules.

Thanks gang you were spot on and about the 100 we meant to say at least 100 and all are 250
