We have an IBM Netfinity 5500 with an EXP300 rack. I have 10 drives configured as 3 volumes of 3 drives with the 10th drive as teh hot spare. All drives are 36GB drives. I wanted to expand one volume with a 4th drive bringing the volume size to around 104GB. I inserted the drive and added it to the array. ServeRAID Manager sees the new size but Windows NT 4 Server does not. I rebooted the server but still no luck. Am I missing a step here? Why would the RAID Manager see it but windows won't? The version of my ServeRAID Manager is 4.70.17. Any ideas? Thanks.

I believe the space is added as free space on the logical drive. Perhaps use partition magic and expand the volume into the free space.
