we are using the unified messaging application (UMA) to send emails with the attached wave file of the voicemail. The system works fine except that the messages are hard to hear on certain devices. Is there a way to increase the recorded volume of the voicemail such that it can be easily heard through a device that receives the email and plays the wave file. Obviously i have tried turning up the volume on the device, but the playback is not loud enough.

i think this may be a registry fix on the sending server
but not to sure.
