I have an analog phone on a NEAX2000 IVS PBX that is not loud enough. Is there a setting or switch that controls this?

Thanks,

Pedro

Unfortunately there is not. YOu can do 1 of 2 things:

1) Adjust the PAD on your trunks BUT it will affect the system.

2) Get an analog phone with an amplified handset. (which is what I would do)

Set Command 1309 to a "0" for the analog sets. This will remove the 6dB pad on the station(s).
