correct, that is what I have, the 350

class of service (menu 7) for that user holds the capacity. Remember if you change that it will effect everyone using that CLS which could effect your systems storage capacities

i can also change the class of service for that user specifically, using menu 9-1, correct?

i currently have everyone in the company set to COS 2. do you know the values and capacities of the other storage limits?

no, if you change the cls option it will change for everyone in cls 2. I would suggest changing the cls for that one user if they are the only one needed the capacity and then use that cls.
I don't remember all the capacities but if can check the online system managers manual at support.avaya.com or hit the terminal help key on the option you need and it should tell you the limits

changed cls in user profile. profile was set to the lowest cls.
