Hi Everybody,

Anyone know how to increase the time delay quickview stays on screen?

I also need to increase the time delay before autosyntax kicks into action because it's finishing off the line before I've even finished typing a word in. for example if I type quotes" and a word or two it pops another quote at the end, before I've finished typing. so I get

"somthin"g or other

then a synatax error!
What a pain!

Did you mean Intellisense ?
You can just use CTRL+Enter to paste the highlighted word from the list.
CTRL+Space to bring it again.

Sorry, what is the quick view, and does it relate to Access?

If you're within Access, this sounds like you're having a form open which utilizes a timer ...

Thanks ZmrAbdulla
Sorry It's quick info not quick view

It is in version 2003 brought up in VBA by putting the cursor over a keyword, docmd. for example, and it gives the syntax for that keyword similar to ctrl+F2(it can also be made to appear by pressing ctrl+I or using the menubar
'Edit/quick Info'
