Increase Mouse Speed in PSP 9

Hi guys, that's my first post in here... PSP 9 is a great program, but there's one buggin' problem I care to cut off: the mouse speed... I understand it could be useful for someone in order to be more precise, but I don't need it How can I increase the speed of the mouse in PSP 9 so that it maintains its usual speed?

Actually, that's not a PSP "issue" at all. PSP, however, uses a LOT of virtual memory, so if you don't have that set automatically pretty high (usually Windows sets it for you at a "reasonable" level, but PSP needs more) or don't have a lot of hard drive space, your mouse is going to be the first program to slow down.
