Increase Memoery Allocation

Hi, hoping you can help. One of my colleagues is trying to open a flash file, but is being told to increase his memory allocation by clicking 'File, Get Data, Memory'.

I can't find this option under the file menu. Am I being stupid?

If you can help with this, it would be much appreciated.

It's "get info" and it's old Mac OS you are talking about. What is your platform?
