increase/decrease the speed of my motion tween on MC

Hi again,
I have a movie clip("mc_logos")on the stage, and inside the "mc_logos" are 35 logos. Then I have 2 buttons that can increase/decrease the speed of my motion tween of my "mc_logos" clip on the stage.

How can I make the 2 buttons work?

couldn't you copy/paste the frames of your logo's onto another layer this time extending the frames between logo's (making the tween slower), label the frames, then on the increase/decrease tween refer to the appropriate frame label?

What about using actionscript for the tween. There you can control the frames the tween happens. Make the frames a variable and have your +/- increase or decrease that variable?
