Hi all,

I have a capacity of 100 measured Skill/Split in CMS, how to increase this capacity in CMS ? and do we need a licence ?

Thank you

Depending on your PBX / CMS versions, you may only need to increase allocation for agent and trunks for the CMS disk space.

I appreciate your help

Thank you

Thank you, I found this procedure in Avaya support:

Prerequisite: Check free space:

Check the amount of free space in the Free Space Allocation window, and determine where you can allocate space for data storage.
Turn data collection off:
Go to menu ‘System setup’.
Go to menu 'Data collection'.
End, turn off data collection for all ACD measured.
Set single-user mode:
Go to menu ‘System setup’.
Go to menu 'CMS State'.
End, set the system in single user mode.
Modify the data storage allocation:
Go to menu ‘System setup’.
Go to menu 'Data Storage Allocation'.
Complete the Data Storage Allocation window to change the allocated amount of storage space used when collecting historical data.
When finished making changes, select Modify from the Actions menu to accept the change.
Verify the free space allocation after making change:

Check the amount of free space in the Free Space Allocation window.

If you allocate more space through Data Storage Allocation than is available, the Free Space Allocation window will display the number of blocks that the disk is deficient by in parentheses.

In this case, adjust the free space allocation

is it correct ?

Thank you

Hi,

Can I do it also through CMS Supervisor ==> system setup ?

Without using SSH (Putty)

Thank you
