Increase C: at the expense of F:,G:

Hi,

1-Seagate IDE HD, OS WinXP Pro
2-Partitions C:\, D:\, E:\, F:\ and G:\
3-Unused F:\ and G:\
4-Want to: Increase C:\ at the expense of F:\, G:\

Is there anyway to do it without having to reformat C:\ ?
