Incorrect unread count in MS Outlook

A person here has an empty MS outlook folder, however the count says that there is 1 unread message in the folder. How can I get the program to reset it's count. I have tried the Tweak UI with no result.

Are you sure the folder view is not set to "last seven days", and the message in question is older?
