Incorrect sender on Lotus mails

Hi all,

When one of our users sends a mail, his "sender" address appairs incorrectly on the message. It is not appairing the correct information which is set up in the names.nsf so when anyone answers his messages, they are rejected because the mail address is not known.. I have proved with another client and his id file and all has worked perfectly, so I'm sure that the problem is on his client configuration. Do you know any place on the notes configuration where something like that can be configured?

the problem is with the mail file owner property set in the calender profile.

Let me know if that isn't the problem.
