Incorrect Password Lockout problems

We were recently instructed (forced actually) to change our passwords for Aloha 6.5.29. When we tried to log on a submenu would pop up saying our password was incorrect and to type in a new one (if you read that far into the message). The problem was that myself and another manager were not told about this change and now my coworker has found himself locked out for several failed attempts in a row. The error message states that he will be locked out for 30 minutes, but this occurred yesterday and he is still locked out.

We both have top level access, but I am unable to find where I would be able to reset his password for him. Is there a file where I could manually change his password? Or a menu that I have yet to stumble upon where I could change it within the program?

Last ditch effort would be to just recreate another employee file for him, but I would rather know a cleaner way to handle this situation.
 
Well, I found the answer after stumbling around all the menus.

Under Labor-> Employee, there is a Back office security tab (for each employee). Clicking edit highlights the option to "Clear Back Office Password".

I could've sworn I look over this page at least once before my original post. I'm guessing that since it was greyed out, my eyes just never paid attention to it - DOH! (in all fairness I was on only a couple hours sleep and 8 hours into my shift).

I was hoping to just delete the above post, but I can't seem to find that option either.... I need a day off...
 
That one is a little tricky too because you have to hit the edit button before the reset bar becomes active
