Incorrect Originating Line ID 1

Hi,

We are having a bit of a problem with the OLI given out by our PABX (KX-TDA30). Our main number is 020 xyz 4999. This is mapped onto by our DDI range 020 xab 5001 – 5020. If we call someone they receive our main number rather than the DDI number. As you cannot actually dial the main number this is confusing particularly to those receiving faxes. Is it possible to set up the system so that people receive the DDI number as the OLI. The current set up seems rather unprofessional.

in programming go to extension settings and under the tab ISDN clip, enter ddi number under clip Id column. you should now send the ddi for each extension as long as your provider has clear sending set on your lines
