I am a newbie to Crystal so bear with me!

I have created a very basic report which links to an Access database (Access XP - no security). When I click on the report name in Infoview, the report is displayed. However, if I schedule the report to run Now and set no other parameters, it fails with the error

"Error in File C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11\Data\procSched\SYDNT101.reportjobserver\~tmpb4044af0da290c.rpt: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.

Hi,
Be sure the jobserver service is running under an account that has access to the file system location and to the database file itself.

I have set both the jobserver service and the page server service to use a domain admin account with full access. The same error occurs when trying to schedule.

I hadn't fully opened my eyes when I updated the permissions - I updated the 'Destination Job Server', not the 'Crystal Reports Job Server'.

It works now!

Hi,
The way it is progressing, I expect BOE XII to have 20 or 30 services, each named in such a way as to be totally confusing as to what is really doing the work..

Glad it helped...

To avoid further posts and much pulling of hair, are there any other services I should update?
