? Incorrect letterhead ID 1

Hi
My problem is twofold
First
When I send an email the 'letterhead' which should be my name
is the name of our notes server, therefore the recipients see this as the 'sender'.
the 'Sent by: Bill Smith' part is still correct

Second (& possibly related)
When I try to send mail I get a dialog box 'Execution Security alert'
saying
"Notes has been asked to execute the following action which does not fit within your security profile:"

Action: @Command([MailSend])

Signed by: GBH Administrator/GB on 17/10/01
17:45:21, according to /GBH

Not Allowed: Ability to send mail

I then have to press an 'Execute once' button in order for the mail to go.

go to actions, calender, calender profile and change the name back to yours instead of administrator that should clear up both problems.
