I am running a Windows 2000 Server, fully patched on DHCP / TCP/IP. The problem I have is after starting the server several (Not all) 98SE users can only login after the 3rd attempt. The first two attempts will return Incorrect Domain password error. I used to be able to resolve this by logging on locally as administrator, logging out and then the local user was allowed access. As of today it also does not let administrator in until the 3rd attempt!! This does not affect 2K or XP machines - help me please.
