Incorrect Date/Time on the voicemail system

It appears that all the extensions on the system display the correct date and time on their digital displays.

But the integrated voicemail system has the incorrect date and time. I'd like to get this VM clock set correctly.

Any Ideas?

Yes, the voicemail is integrated into the Merlin system.

Excuse my ignorance, but exactly how how do I 'login to the admin mailbox (9997)'? 9997 is not a valid extension/mailbox number (on my system) so I take that there is some other way to login that I am not aware of.

You must have Merlin Messaging. The following is from the Merlin Messaging documentation:

Programming System Date and Time
You must set the System Date and Time if the MERLIN Messaging System is installed in a MERLIN MAGIX Integrated System, Release 1.0 or Release 1.0i, or in a MERLIN LEGEND Communications System. These parameters cannot be set independently of each other; both date and time must be set.

Login to Mailbox 0 (you must know the password!)
Dial 9 for admin
Dial 1 for system parameters
Dial 2 for system date & time

Follow the voice prompts to reset the date & time
