Incorrect Block Size Error

Greetings,

I am running veritats 9.1 on a robotic library, Sony tape drive. Can someone please help me make sense of this error or assist me in solving this issue? If you had this problem before, how did you fix it? Here is the complete error.

When accessing a new tape of a multivolume partition, the current block size is incorrect.

I am not too familiar with veritas and I did not set this up so I need some very basic instructions if they can be provided.
