I am documenting a set of computer chips. I want to be able to use Visio to create a set of illustrations in a Framemaker document that have objects that when clicked on in a PDF file, link to other Visio files in the same or other Framemaker documents. The idea is that the user can drill down to various sublevels represented graphically in the chip diagram by clicking on the objects in the diagram (which are subcomponents of the chip).

For example, I have an imported and linked Visio diagram of a chip with many functional blocks in a Framemaker document. One of those blocks is an I/O block. I want to be able to create a PDF file that allows the reader to be able to click on the I/O block in the PDF file and link to another imported and linked Visio drawing in another PDF file (generated via Framemaker).

Is this possible?
