InControl Call recording 1

Hello is there a cheat sheet for the inControl No ACD call recording for programing and installing on a PC. I have a customer that that someone keeps dialing 911 on site. So they purchased the licenses and i have to program it and install on a PC. Wanted to know if Ntac has a article or procedure on there site or if anyone has one available.

Well, first thing in COS you can alert phones someone called 911 and it gives the ext number. This is set in COS and is required by law in the United States. Second, InControl is part of the UCServices now. You have a UC Server up and running and InControl loaded as lic you have access to call data. The installation and admin manuals are on NTAC and/or NECanytime.
