Incomplete Job, ArcserveIT 6.6 - Windows NT

When I backup the Exchange server it backs up I can see this from the Activity log but when it gets to 99% it stops and the result is an incomplete job. Does anybody know why this happens and how to resolve the problem?
 
You can check to see what the current job log setting is for the backup.  Select the job, then select modify.  Go to backup options, then select the log tab.  set it to "log all activity".  With this seting the job log will have an entry for every file as it's backed up.  I think when the job shows 99% the Arcserve database starts getting updated.  It could be that your database file has a problem.  Go into the database manager and see if there are any entries for the job that is showing incomplete.
 
It's probably starting the merge. It can take a long time to merge all the sessions. If you let it sit long enough, it would probably finish.
