Incomplete Fax

We are using voice gateway 224s for analog devices. Larger outbound faxes, 5 pages or more, are cut off and some inbound faxes have pages that are not readable. We have multiple fax machine types. We are using Pass-Through instead of T.38 right now. Does anyone have a proven config file for this setup?

what type of lines/circuit are you using to connect to the PSTN?
What protocol is the VG224 using?
Is this new deployment or a new issue?

CUCM is connected to a CS1K via PRI tie lines. The VG224 is using pass-through. This is a new deployment.

I would guess your PRI between the two systems is taking crc errors making the faxes not complete. Start there.

No CRC errors. The counters are all clean on the Avaya side.

What does the cisco router show when you do a show controller t1?
